1790 Census: Waterford Plantation, Cumberland County

The town of Waterford, when incorporated in 1797, straddled the county line. This explains why two overlapping enumerations exist for the township in 1790—one for Waterford Plantation in Cumberland County, the other for "Waterford Town" in York County.
